Delivery Information
UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. As all our items are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch during busy periods.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days once dispatched.
International Delivery
We're delighted to ship our handmade leather accessories worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5-14 working days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our returns address.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
