Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handmade by us in the UK using traditional leather working methods. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
What type of leather do you use?
We primarily use English vegetable-tanned leather, chosen for its quality, durability, and beautiful natural patina that develops over time.
What colours are available?
We offer a wide range of colours including Antique Brown, Brown, Black, Natural, Grey/Taupe, Olive Green, Emerald Green, Teal, Pink, Yellow, Red, Blue, and Saddle Tan. If you need a specific colour not listed, please contact us about our bespoke service.
Can I order custom sizes or colours?
Absolutely! We offer bespoke services for custom colours, sizes, and bulk orders. Simply get in touch with your requirements and we'll be happy to help.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. USA orders take 7-14 working days, and other international orders take 5-14 working days depending on destination.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 5 working days as each item is handmade to order.
Curtain Tie Backs
Are curtain tie backs sold individually or in pairs?
Our curtain tie backs are sold individually, so if you need a pair, please order a quantity of 2.
What does the length measurement refer to?
The length refers to the leather strap only, not including the O-rings. The O-rings add approximately 1 inch (or 1.7 inches for wide tie backs) on either side.
Are wall hooks included?
Wall hooks are not included with curtain tie backs but can be purchased separately from our Hook Collection.
What fixing colours are available?
We offer Black, Nickel/Chrome, Brass, and Antique fixings to match your décor.
Drawer Pulls
Are drawer pulls sold individually?
Yes, each drawer pull is sold as a single item. Simply order the quantity you need.
What size fixing is included?
Each drawer pull comes with a standard fixing (approximately 20-25mm thickness) to fit most furniture. If you need a different size, please contact us.
What are the dimensions?
Standard drawer pulls are approximately 15cm long when flat and 6.5cm when folded, with a width of about 2cm. We also offer 'Stubby' pulls which are approximately 10.5cm flat and 5cm folded.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they're unused and in original condition. Please note that bespoke or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my leather items?
Leather is naturally durable. Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Natural leather will develop a beautiful patina over time, adding character to your pieces.
Will the colour fade?
Our vegetable-tanned leather is colour-fast, though natural leather may darken slightly over time, which adds to its charm and character.
